Dec 2009

Time flies....

It's the last month of the year and it's quite a significant month for me and Carey.

First of all, it's our birthday month. A lot of joy and happiness.

My company Xmas party was held exactly on my birthday and the best part, I was on my day off. Had some drinks and got to know a lot of my colleagues in my company.

Last but not least, Carey got a job from her first interview attempt after she finished her Cert III nursing. She will start her full time work journey again on the first Monday of the year.

Thank God for everything including all the good and bad things happened to us in 2009. I know everything happened for a ultimate purpose and it will always be the good purpose.

My new websites is on the way...2 of them. noskcaj.com and jacksonandcarey.com.

noskcaj.com is dedicated for my photography passion as I will upload most of my photography works there and might share some of my experience in photography.

jacksonandcarey.com will be the site that I record most of my life as a husband and hopefully in near future, as a father.

Second Half of 2009

It's been 6 months i leave this blog unattended.

Why? Not because i got nothing to blog about, just I'm struggling to write things that I don't really wish to be known by everyone. Maybe I should open another blog that only had me myself as a reader. Will considering it...

Let's talk abut my 2009 so far. It has been a very constructive 1st half of 2009.

I changed to another job. For me, a better job than before.

And now i started to believe that when you got a good career, you have to give up something else that equal matter to you. For my case, it seen to be my relationship with my wife.

Anyway, as per John 14, I just have to trust in God...He will make the way.

Attached one of my favorite photo from my 500d...

Photography makes me love where I'm staying even more...

It's 2009!

Yeah! I know! I hate myself that keep avoiding to commit myself in writing any blog lately (for almost 10 months! gosh!). Cant believe it! I have to admit Im lazy BUT besides writing the blog, I had accomplished quite a mount a things in 2008.

It's a very fruitful year of 2008!

The major events in 2008:
  1. I got married on 22 Feb.
  2. I moved to Sydney in April.
  3. I got a job in Septemper even though i took 5 months to secure a job! Currently I work for in a Hotel as a Duty Engineer. Not the best job Im looking for but it's still not too bad!
  4. I got a super cute nephew named EJ (Ethan Javan Wong) in September who hit 8.7 kg in just near 4 months old.
  5. Carey and I had a splendid outdoor wedding shots in November.
  6. Carey is baptised on her Birthday (25th Dec). Thank God for that.
  7. Enjoyed a spectacular firework at Sydney Habour 31 Dec with my Carey.

A brand new year, then must come together with some new year resolutions:

  1. Love Carey even more!
  2. Progress in my guitar learning.
  3. expert myself in cooking of 2 simple dishes. (I have to do it this year)
  4. Come out the list of "the 99 things to do before I die" before I hit 30. (Will get a list in my draft and maybe post it when I finished it)
  5. Other financial goals which is just important to my family. In short, save more money in coming years.
  6. Last but not least, get to know God even more...and it will be the task for my entire life.

OK...Hopefully I will still get the motivation to blog again...

1 more month...

YES! 1 more month left.

I'm preparing to go Sydney! Everything is just so far under my control and going smoothly.

Recent event/activity that caught my attention...

Election. I'm not gonna to show my opinion regarding the "Politic Tsunami" in Malaysia. What can I say is Opposition parties deserved it. Hopefully, when I come back from Sydney, Malaysia will be a far more better place. Maybe I will think of moving to Penang..lol.

Preparing. going smoothly. Renewed my Malaysia driving license today. Going to: collect my recommendation letter from my referee; renew my passport as it will expired May 2008; sale my car; clear or tidy my room and get rid of those rubbish etc. Seen like still a lot to do but I know I will finish all these before my leaving. Patient is the key!

Gonna say Good Bye to Miri. Time to go...really it's time! Already been here since Nov 2006! It's enough. I know there is a better world out there waiting for me as well as Car!

Feb 2007

Chinese New Year is approaching...

It signify the end of 1st month of 2008 and get into February.

A lot of things happened to me past 2 weeks.

Let's start to record all these now...

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My Tooth Extraction

Yes. it had recovered 90% so far. The other 10% is just the finishing that not exactly affect me much. The pain is long gone. Yay! and the most importantly, it smells no more.

KL Vacation

KL, here I come again! with a lot of missions.

Mainly, shopping for my needies.

1st night was terrible, we slept our night in a living room with heap of "rubbish" (for me, it is rubbish).

Here is the pic!

That night was just not good! The tenants in this apartment keep in and out from their room for their toilet business. Anyway, we still able to sleep in most of the night as we are very tired.

Genting Highland

Next day, we checked in to Genting 1st world hotel. Genting is awesome! A very cool place. Make me think of the time in Sydney, mostly the coldish weather.

View from my room from First World Hotel! This place really as the Mandarin said "On top of the cloud".

Visited the history of the development of this place, the late Mr. Goh really is the person with vision.

KL Shopping

In KL, Car and I also have a very appalling mission: Select our wedding band.

Been to almost 10 jewelery shops and finally picked SK Jewellery's True Love Series Wedding Band. It is pricey but as long as we love it, It's all worth it.

Our wedding band. Love it!

The inner surface with the engraving of our name and our marriage registration date (220208).

Other exciting buys are:
Car's: Nike Yoga Capri (Similar to this), Nike Seamless Sport Top (RM150+RM130 Pavilion KL), another Adidas Yoga Capri (RM80-BB Plaza). (She really into this sport now. sport? Did yoga consider a sport?), 2xVincci shoes (1x RM30 Genting and 1x RM30 Sungei Wang), a padini dress (RM 90 Genting. Note: The item price of Genting retails are same as in KL. Some shops even got more selections. Hence, you could always shop in Genting but the dining part is expensive).

Mine: A leather shoe (RM105 after 70% discount), my NEC laptop RAM (RM115), a camou short (RM40). And some "barbecued meat" from Petaling Street. That's all

Both: Wedding Band (RM2700 SK Jewellery).

Will definitely do another round of shopping when I go KL in April before depart to Australia.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Some of the things that bother me for the past 2 weeks:

1. Submit the Marriage Registration Form to Chinese Chamber.
2. Given job resignation notice. Will work till end of March.
3. Labuan ISSS controllers are going crazy again. Hate it!
4. ISSS Clustering work. Hate it too!
